How to Route In-Memory Files Across Panes with Zero Disk I/O
Learn how to pass active document references, images, and sanitized tokens between tools and split panes using OmniDeck’s Ephemeral Blob Router.
The Problem with Traditional Web Toolkits
In traditional toolkits, each action operates in a silo: converting an image in one tool requires downloading it to your downloads folder, switching to another page, and uploading it again. This wastes SSD write cycles, causes folder clutter, and risks file leakage.
The OmniDeck In-Memory Solution
- Process Your Data: Run any tool (e.g. compress an image, scrub secrets in DevForge, or extract OCR text).
- Click [ ⇄ Route to Adjacent Pane ]: Located directly on the output card.
- Select Target Workspace: Choose between Right Pane (Dual View) or Full View in the target tool (e.g. InvoiceForge, CyberVault, or PixelForge).
- Zero Disk I/O: The active payload reference is delivered directly inside browser RAM.
